These terms govern your use of kholect, a product of virtualverselabs (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”), 29 Kerk Street, Newtown, Johannesburg, 2001, South Africa. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of your company profile and workspace settings. One workspace can have multiple members; the workspace owner is responsible for what the workspace does, including outreach sent by any member or by the copilot on their behalf.
Acceptable use
Your use of kholect for outreach is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which in particular prohibits importing purchased or third-party-sourced contact lists.
Plans and billing
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans (Starter, Growth) are billed monthly in South African Rand via PayFast. Prices and limits are shown on our Pricing page and can change with notice; changes don't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for. If a payment fails, we'll give you a grace period to fix it before your workspace is downgraded.
Usage limits
Each plan has monthly limits on searches, leads, email sends, and AI usage. We block the specific action that would exceed a limit rather than charging you for overage — you'll need to upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
Suspension
We may pause a workspace that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — most commonly for outbound email complaint rates that put our sending reputation at risk for other customers. We'll tell you why and what to fix.
Liability
kholect is provided as-is. We work to keep lead data accurate and scoring useful, but we don't guarantee any particular business outcome from using it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings — your workspace keeps access until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate an account for breach of these terms with notice, or immediately for serious or repeated breaches.

We'll post updates to these terms here and update the date at the top of this page.
